How long is the shipping?

We sometimes have customers report that shipping is as early as 2 weeks time, but normally shipping takes about 3 to 5 weeks from the date you order.

 

Can I track my shipping?

Yes, your shipping comes with a tracking number so that you can sit back and relax while knowing the item is being sent to you! 

 

How much is shipping to my country?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and it varies depending on where your item is located for.

 

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

We are required by law to state the full value of your order for customs purposes; however, most of our customers have reported having no issues with parcels being stuck at Customs. Nonetheless, that being said, unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.

For any queries you may have, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for clarification. You still may be subjected to duties and taxes at the Customs in the event your parcel is being withheld there. Do keep us in the loop if this comes to pass, and we'll assist you as far as we can!

 

How do I make a purchase?

We currently accept payments via Paypal or Credit/Debit(Mastercard/Visa) cards! 

1. Click on an item to view all the available details.
2. Select the details (if any), and click on 'Add to Cart’. This action will lead you to your Shopping Cart Summary, in which you can choose to continue browsing or make payment for the chosen piece(s). Repeat steps (1) and (2) if you wish to add more items to your shopping cart.
3. Click on ‘Next’ once you’ve finalized your order. Confirm your mailing address and please remember to include your phone no. so we can put it on the delivery advice, just in case you’re not home. This way, Mr. Postman will be able to contact you.
4. Pay via Paypal or Credit/Debit card and voila, you’re done!

 

Are there any warranties/guarantees on the product?

We offer a no questions asked return policy of 30 days right after you received your purchase for your ease of mind!

 

The style/size/color I want is out of stock! when will you be restocking?

Pawnificent gets our products from our participating merchants; it is really hard to say when will they get it back again. However, please let us know what products are you looking for and we will be more than happy to double check for you!

We definitely suggest subscribing to our newsletter to be the first to know about our special promotions and sales! We giveaway a special code for first timers who subscribed!

 

How do I make a return?

We are sorry things didn't turn out as what you expected! You may return the item to us at our office in Amsterdam, Europe. But first, do get in touch with one of our friendly customer representatives and we will see what can we do to ease your problems!
